Shipping & Cancellations
All items are ready to ship, unless otherwise stated at the top of item. Please note all customs (jewelry & TuTu) orders takes 7-14 days for turnaround. Shipping will occur on OR before day 14.
-All RTS items are processed and shipped within 7-14 business days. If you ordered over the weekend we will get your package ready on the following Monday. If your order is to be shipped internationally, please allow up to 2 weeks for your RTS items to arrive after it has been dispatched. Once we have shipped your order you will get a notification and tracking information via email. Once you have received tracking information and the order has been dropped of at the post office, it will no longer be our responsibility to track or locate your package.

CUSTOMS SHIPPING

Please add the (RUSH MY ORDER) option to your cart if you need your order prior to 7-14 business days. All Rush orders takes at least 72hrs (3 business days) turnaround and will then be sent first class mail unless you select a different mailing option upon checkout.
