Here at AiLa's Bowtique we hope that you love your items and are absolutely satisfied with your purchased item(s). We do not offer returns, so to be sure that you are happy with your item(s) we advise you check the products description, sizes, colors and style before purchasing. For custom jewelry, we advise you approve all photos that are sent once product is done and check for spelling of name, colors etc;. As jewelry are custom items that are also, non-returnable. If you still have any questions about a product please feel free to contact us via email, phone or messenger and we will be happy to help.

If there is an error from OUR end such as we sent the wrong product, size or color from what you ordered or the product is damaged, then please contact us via email, phone or messenger and we will be happy to help you resolve the issue. You have 48 hours from when your order was received to contact us. Please send us pictures to Abowtique2@gmail.com along with your order number explaining what is wrong with the item(s). After we have reviewed the issue, we will contact you with instructions on how to return your item(s). We will provide you with information on the process we take to replace your item(s).
